Aurora weaves Ancient Wisdom into modern day practice and honors life as ceremony.
Her journey into Spirituality and holistic healing began in 2013 when she discovered Yoga. Certified in Ashtanga and Restorative, Aurora has taught private clients aging from teenage to elderly. Her passion is introducing Yoga to first time Yogi’s and cultivating inner peace through the practice.
Aurora graduated from Asheville School of Yoga & Massage 600hr. Ayurvedic Wellness Counselor program and has been practicing Ayurveda since 2017. She offers Ayurvedic counseling to help empower clients with the support of diet, lifestyle and herbal remedies, facilitating transformational shifts in consciousness, physical health, mental and emotional wellbeing. She has also taught Ayurveda in various Yoga teacher trainings and workshops.
Following Yogic and Ayurvedic studies, Aurora later began studying meditation. In 2018, Aurora was initiated as a Kriya Yoga disciple by Roy Eugene Davis, a direct disciple of Paramahansa Yogananda. Years later, Cha Dao (The way of Tea) became a main practice of meditation and way of life. Aurora serves tea ceremonies as a practice of inner stillness, self-cultivation, present moment awareness and emotional healing.
Aurora combines her knowledge of Yoga, meditation and Ayurveda offering an opportunity to go deep within one’s own healing with support of Ancient wisdom, connecting to one’s true nature and the wisdom that lives within every one of us.
